New York is in our name and our DNA. We are headquartered in New York City, where we’re constantly inspired by the energy, style, and confidence of the city that never sleeps.

Originally founded in 1918 (as Lerner Shops), and operating for decades under names like Lerner New York, the brand has transitioned to a digital-first model to meet today’s style and convenience needs.

Please refer to the size chart located on each product page as well as size and fit info as each style fits slightly different. For all New York & Company branded styles, they tend to run large. For all Brands We Love styles, they run true to size or smaller then New York & Company styles. For any reason if your item does not fit, you can exchange for another size (unless marked as final sale).

All items are eligible for exchange or store credit unless marked as final sale. Items marked as final sale are available at our lowest price and can be found in our Final Sale collection here.

Many of our items are discounted and prices are marked, but we do run promotions which you can find here. You can also join our VIP Rewards loyalty program by signing up for a customer account through the person icon located next to the shipping icon on the top right corner of the site.

If you spend over $99, shipping is always free. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging are accepted for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can learn more about our policy here.
